Scope and roles
This Policy applies to advigo.ru, the AdviGo dashboard, the free trial, technical support and related features. “AdviGo”, the “Service” or the “Administration” means the team operating the product.
AdviGo processes the data required to operate the platform. When a customer uploads a list, connects Telegram accounts or collects an audience using their own settings, the customer determines the purpose and is responsible for having a lawful basis to use that data.
Data we may process
The data involved depends on the selected features, settings and how you interact with AdviGo.
- Contact data: your name, Telegram account, phone number or other details you provide in a request or support conversation.
- Profile and access data: user identifiers, role, project, settings and a history of important dashboard actions.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, language, error logs and session parameters.
- Connected Telegram account and workflow data: phone numbers, usernames, Telegram IDs, sessions, chats, messages, statuses and task results, only to the extent required by the selected modules.
- Subscription and payment information. Full card details and CVC are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by AdviGo.
Why we use data
- Provide access to the dashboard and run features selected by the user.
- Synchronise accounts, conversations, statuses, tasks and analytics within the workspace.
- Respond to requests, help with setup and communicate important service changes.
- Protect accounts and detect technical errors, abuse and unauthorised access attempts.
- Process payments, manage plan access and improve product stability and usability.
Telegram and connected services
AdviGo is an independent software product and does not represent Telegram. Telegram data is processed only as required for actions launched and configured by the user in the dashboard.
Some features may use third-party services selected by the user. For example, message translation works with the user-provided DeepL API key. Those providers apply their own data-processing terms.
Storage and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, run selected tasks, maintain security, deliver support and account for payments. The exact period depends on the data type and workspace activity.
Users may request deletion or anonymisation of available data. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or longer where needed for security, dispute resolution or a binding legal requirement.
Sharing with third parties
AdviGo does not sell or rent users’ personal data.
- Data may be shared with technical contractors, hosting providers and payment processors only to the extent required for their work.
- Information is sent to a user-selected integration when this is necessary to perform the requested feature.
- Data may be disclosed in response to a binding lawful request or to protect users and infrastructure from abuse.
How we protect data
We use organisational and technical safeguards designed to restrict access, protect work sessions, log important events and recover from failures. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
Users also play a part in data protection: restrict employee access by role, use trusted devices and never share passwords, codes, API keys or session data with third parties.
User control
You may ask what data is associated with your request or workspace, correct inaccuracies, receive an available export or delete information when continued storage is no longer required.
Contact the AdviGo team to submit a request. Before acting, we may ask you to confirm that you are authorised to manage the relevant account or workspace.
Cookies, local settings and analytics
The website and dashboard may use cookies and browser local storage to remember language, maintain sign-in, support security and understand interface performance. You can restrict cookies in your browser, but some features may then work incorrectly.
The website uses Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics to measure visits, traffic sources and interactions with pages. AdviGo does not send names, phone numbers, Telegram usernames or request text in analytics events, and form fields are marked so entered values are hidden in Webvisor.
Age requirement
The Service is intended for adults and business representatives authorised to accept terms for themselves or their organisation.
Policy updates
We may update this Policy as the product develops, new features appear or data-processing requirements change. The current version and effective date are always available on this page. We will aim to communicate material changes through the website, dashboard or Telegram.
